Sleeps 8 people comfortably.  We fashioned this home with an open floor plan and many added comforts for a memorable vacation get-away. it was originally custom built as a long term rental in the award winning “Valley West” neighborhood! Furnished with top of the line linens, and plush Sealy Merriment KING mattress for the master suite, as well as plush Sealy queen mattresses for the other rooms. It can sleep 8 guests, with a pull out “queen sofa bed” in the downstairs living room.

For your added comfort and ambience, this modern town home has an electric fireplace in the living room for the cold wintery nights, and CENTRAL AIR-CONDITIONING throughout for the hot summer months. Spacious single car garage with garage opener, driveway parking, and street parking available.

Just five years old, this fully furnished (all new furnishings) charming townhome was custom built with you in mind!   Furnished with all necessary household amenities, such as washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator.
We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, so we supply kitchen necessities such as: spices, coffee filters, and several other pantry items, as well as, bathroom essentials-hand & body soap, shampoo and laundry detergent.
Snuggle up with a cup of coffee and a good book or enjoy streaming movies on our flat screen “smart” Tv’s. Complete with high speed internet. *Please note that you will need to use your own movie accounts when streaming.
*We have added ONE EXTERIOR security camera placed at the front doorbell and one above the back door to ensure a safe stay for everyone. The cameras view the landing by the front and back door, and they do not look into any interior spaces.

Bozeman offers a free city bus “Streamline” that with pick up locations just down the street from our townhouse.
