This modern “two-story treasure” has everything you need for a memorable get-a-away! Brand new furnishings in our two studio apartments, one on each level, but rented as one unit.  Freshly painted and remodeled adding custom finishes throughout. It is fully furnished with top of the line linens and amenities. This unique home is located just one block from a small lake and park, with miles of walking trails, beach volleyball, bbq’s etc. Just newly remodeled, we added wood slatted walls and an unique 1/2 bath vessel sink downstairs, as well as an air-conditioner upstairs for the warm summer months.

Sit back, relax and gaze at the starry night sky in our two-man hot tub on the back patio.  Snuggle up with a cup of coffee and a good book, or enjoy our high definition entertainment cable package. Complete with high-speed internet.  Our guest house also features private off-street parking on the driveway in front of the home. It stands alone, exclusively, so you can enjoy some quiet and much-deserved downtime.

This cozy retreat is “conveniently” located in a family friendly neighborhood steps from a playground as well. Four groceries, banks, gas stations, and the Gallatin Valley Mall are all within a short bike ride or up to a five-minute drive, as well as a ten-minute drive to downtown Bozeman.

The one-of-a-kind and affordable Bridger ski resort is a short 25-minute drive and the Bozeman hot springs a 10-minute drive. Unique to Bozeman is it’s central location to the renowned Yellowstone National Park (home to Old Faithful) and some of the biggest skiing at Big Sky Ski resort. Bozeman offers a free city bus “Streamline” that has to pick up locations just down the street from our townhouse.
