Cleaning Fee:  Elegant Escape- $200, Carriage House Cutie- $100, The Whisk Away- $175, Coldsmoke Getaway- $150, Bozone Bliss- $200

Additional Guest Fee: $10 per person per night, after 4 occupants for Carriage House Cutie and Coldsmoke Getaway.  After 6 occupants for Elegant Escape and The Whisk Away and Bozone Bliss.

Refundable damage deposit: Elegant Escape- $350, Carriage House Cuties- $200, The Whisk Away- $300, Coldsmoke Getaway- $300, Bozone Bliss- $350

Lodging tax of 8% apply to stays under 30 days

Exceptions may be made to minimum 2 night stays

From the December holiday season, preference is given to bookings with a minimum 10-14 day stay

Owner’s Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
